Our Staff

School Administrator
Tiffany Harper, Program Director has spent 26 years in childcare. She graduated from Rockhurst University with majors in Communication and Theater; she has a degree in early childhood education and is also a candidate for her Masters in Management

Program Director
Mark Harper, School Administrator. Many years ago his heart was turned towards educating children when he worked as a teacher’s aide. Mark is now trained and certified by Teachstone as a “CLASS” observer and recently a new candidate for his CDA.

Assistant Director
Lolita Atwood, Assistant Director has been a leader in the early education industry for almost 30 years. She has taught every age group from 12 months to 12 years and she still loves the change that she influences and encourages in our children.
Programs
The Learning Curve Center of Overland Park (TLC) will provide Full-day preschool and infant care for 23 hours 5 days a week to provide alternative hours of childcare for parents who work non-traditional hours or night shifts. This is the second preschool opened and soon to be operated by KDHE KS licensed director Tiffany L. Harper.
Staffed with an Administrator, Director, Asst. Director and Teaching Staff
TLC will have 3 age groupings
- Infant Room ( 6 Months to 18 Months)
- Toddler (18 Months to 3 Yrs)
- Pre-K ( 3Yrs to 6 Yrs)
Our curriculum is a combination of HI-Scope and Project Lead the Way (PLTW / S.T.E.M)
This curriculum will be measurable and challenging for ages 12 months to 5 years of age.
We provide before and after school services for ages 6 yrs to 12 yrs of age. This school-age service will include tutoring and online distance learning support for all local public schools and families.
